Oven Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) chuck or rump roast
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic
Preparation
    Roll roast in flour and pepper.
    Brown roast in butter.
    Place in large casserole dish with lid.
    Combine both soup mixes, salt and garlic and pour over roast.
    Cook until done at 325\u00b0.
