Angie Hickson'S Christmas Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chopped pecans
    1 lb. candied pineapple (1/2 red and 1/2 green)
    1/2 lb. red candied cherries
    1/4 lb. white raisins
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 well beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    scant tsp. soda
    3 Tbsp. milk
    4 c. sifted flour
    brandy or whiskey
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add well beaten eggs and milk.
    Stir in dry ingredients, then add nuts and fruit to dry ingredients. Add batter to brandy or whiskey to moisten.
    Drop on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
