Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1/3 c. water or milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. chopped nuts
1/3 c. raisins or chopped dates
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon and ground cloves.
In a large bowl, beat sugar, oil and eggs.
Add and beat in pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients in 3 additions alternating with water or milk and vanilla.
Fold in nuts and raisins or dates.
Pour batter in a greased pan and bake for about an hour.
