I Don'T Bake Bread Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/4 c. honey
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 9-inch loaf pan.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well.
    Add yogurt and honey to flour mix and mix well.
    Push globs of dough into prepared pan.
    Level out to make nice shape. Bake 45 to 50 minutes.
    This is a heart healthy low-fat bread. Each serving is 110 calories, 3.8 grams protein, 9 grams fat and 23 grams cholesterol.
