Make Ahead Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large potatoes
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    4 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    paprika
Preparation
    Peel and cube potatoes.
    Boil until softened.
    Drain off water.
    Add all other ingredients except margarine and paprika. Whip or mash until fluffy.
    Add a small amount of milk if needed. Place in large casserole dish and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
    Immediately before baking, drizzle melted margarine over top and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours. Makes 12 servings.
