Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. light rum
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla and beat to light and fluffy.
Add sifted mixture alternately with rum, beating smooth after each addition.
Chill dough for 1 hour.
