Wild Rice And Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 chopped red pepper
    1 chopped yellow pepper
    1/4 c. green onion
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package.
    Mix salad dressing, oil, pepper and lemon peel.
    Add remaining ingredients and lightly mix.
