Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated)
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Drain water from artichokes (squish with hands to get all water out).
    Chop artichoke hearts; mix hearts with mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven, uncovered; top should brown.
    Drain oil as it bakes.
    Serve warm with Fritos or Triscuits.
