Ingredients

1 c. softened oleo
2 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. almond extract
2 3/4 c. flour
2/3 c. dry milk
2 1/2 c. potato flakes
1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix oleo, sugar, eggs and almond extract.
Add flour, dry milk, potato flakes and baking powder alternately with the milk.
Mix well.
Drop by tablespoon about 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes until very lightly browned.
