Pear Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. thinly sliced pears
Preparation

Combine sugar, eggs and oil.
Beat well after each addition. Stir in vanilla and pears.
Bake in tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from pan and allow to cool.
Glaze with 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar mixed with 2 to 4 tablespoons milk.
