Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
1 tsp. onions (instant), minced
4 oz. cream cheese, cut up
salt to taste
Preparation

Cook spinach according to package directions, adding salt and onions to water.
When spinach is cooked, pour off most of excess water and add cream cheese to spinach.
Heat, stirring, until cheese melts.
Cover pan and let stand a few minutes, then serve. Serves 4.
