Very Moist Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 2/3 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. grated zucchini
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light and fluffy.
    Add oil and sugars.
    Mix the last 6 ingredients in separate bowl.
    Mix in all ingredients. Makes 2 medium or 4 small loaves.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
