Delicious Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. celery seeds
    10 c. shredded cabbage
    2/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded carrots
Preparation
    Add evaporated milk to the mayonnaise and blend until smooth; stir in Tabasco sauce, vinegar, mustard, sugar, celery seeds and salt. Put cabbage, carrots and green pepper in a large bowl. Pour dressing over and toss gently. Makes 12 servings.
