Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. butter or margarine
1 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Cream butter and sugars. Blend in oil, eggs and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to butter-sugar mixture, mixing thoroughly. Roll into small balls and press with cookie press or bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
