Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3 large ripe bananas, mashed
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 1 loaf pan.
    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Stir in the bananas, vanilla and nuts.
    Sift the dry ingredients and mix into creamed mixture.
    Pour into a loaf pan; bake 50 or 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes. Next, cool on rack.
