Mother'S Oat Bran Muffins(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 oz. oat bran
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    2 Tbsp. currants or banana or 1/2 c. pumpkin
    1/3 c. dry powdered milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    spices
    approximately 1/4 c. water or 1/2 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
    Makes 5 to 6 muffins.
    I find the pumpkin is best.
