Egyptian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. whole meal flour
    1 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    chopped dates (optional)
Preparation
    Add the water to the flour and salt quite slowly, mixing thoroughly.
    Knead the dough.
    Shape into small rounds or triangles; cover with a cloth and leave overnight.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
