Ingredients

3 to 5 medium white potatoes
milk
Cheddar cheese
flour
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole dish, slice enough potatoes to cover bottom of dish.
Add cheese to desired taste.
Pour milk over mixture until potatoes are covered.
Sprinkle flour over top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown on top.
