Ingredients

1 lb. butter
4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Roll in rolls about 2 inches in diameter and roll up in wax paper.
Will make about 4 to 5 rolls. Refrigerate.
Slice in 1/4-inch thick slices.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes only until light brown.
Do not bake beyond this light brown color.
