Banana Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. bananas, mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs or egg substitute
    2 1/3 c. Pioneer No-Fat baking mix
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Spray 2 bread pans.
    Mix ingredients; pour into pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Freezes well.
