Chicken Or Veal Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 5 Tbsp. butter
    chicken
    flour
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 to 3 onions
    1 to 1 1/2 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Melt butter in large skillet.
    Add garlic; cook until softened. Flour chicken and cook until brown on both sides.
    Remove and put in shallow baking dish.
    Add to same skillet (do not wash) the 1 tablespoon butter, mushroom and onions; brown.
    Add Marsala wine and bring to boil.
    Simmer 2 minutes and pour over meat.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
