Canned Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. ground beef
    4 c. oatmeal
    4 c. milk
    1 c. ketchup
    3 to 4 eggs
    1/4 c. salt
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. sage
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    pepper to taste
    chopped onion (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Wet hands for easier handling to form balls. Fry, then make a brown pan gravy to pour over meatballs in jar to cold pack 2 hours or 1 hour and 25 minutes in pressure canner at 10 pounds pressure.
