Zucchini Cobbler - cooking recipe

8 c. sliced and peeled zucchini
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 sticks soft oleo
Preparation

Mix zucchini, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon together; cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
Mix flour, sugar and oleo together like pie crust.
Grease and flour 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Put 1/2 of crust in pan making a crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and pour filling on crust.
Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake for 30 minutes.
