Cheese Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, finely diced
    1/2 c. sharp Swiss cheese, finely diced
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, cheese and poppy seed.
    Add milk and eggs, stirring just enough to blend.
    Beat 1 minute.
    Turn into well-greased loaf pan.
    Sprinkle with additional poppy seed.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on rack.
    Serve warm.
