Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 to 4)
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs.
Mix mashed bananas, milk and vanilla.
Mix flour, salt and baking soda; blend in with banana mixture.
Stir in nuts. Turn into greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out of pan.
Let it cool completely.
Yields 1 loaf.
