Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 pkg. dry yeast, softened in 2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 stick butter (oleo)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Scald milk with butter, salt and sugar.
    Add warm water and softened yeast.
    Mix with flour and knead for ten minutes on floured board.
    Kneading is the secret of good bread.
    Replace in bowl, cover and allow to rise for two hours in a warm place.
    Turn the dough over and punch down.
    Let rise one hour and shape into loaves.
    Place in greased loaf pan and allow to rise double in size.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
