Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. grated zucchini squash
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Beat eggs. Add sugar and beat well; add oil, dry ingredients, vanilla and squash.
    Stir in pecans.
    Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool in pans for 15 minutes.
