Rhubarb And Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cooked rhubarb sauce with sugar added
    approximately 6 oranges, cut up
    rind of 1/2 orange
    4 to 5 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
Preparation
    Cook rhubarb sauce with sugar added.
    Add oranges and rind and tapioca last 10 to 15 minutes and continue cooking on low heat. Cool.
    Pack and freeze.
