Zucchini Spice Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. zucchini, grated
1 c. nuts (optional)
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Mix in large bowl first 4 ingredients.
Beat well until creamy.
Combine next 6 ingredients and add to mixture, last of all add zucchini.
Nuts and raisins are optional.
Bake in greased 9 x 13-inch pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
