Skillet Corned Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp. sage
    1 can Libby's chopped beef, break in small pieces
    hot oil (to fry potatoes)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Fry potatoes and onion in hot oil until brown.
    Drain oil. Add sage and black pepper; stir.
    Add broken corned beef until the beef is heated through.
    This is good served with Skillet Cabbage as a side dish.
