Zucchini And Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3 c. chopped zucchini (1/2-inch slices)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. fresh tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
    Add zucchini, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Pour into covered casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add tomatoes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes, uncovered.
