Vegetable Soup(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 (24 oz.) can tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. total from the following: cubed tomatoes, sliced celery, sliced carrots, chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, cubed cauliflower, chopped bell pepper, shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Combine juice, pepper, oregano and salt in large kettle. Bring to boil.
    Add 4 cups of the vegetables or your choice. Cover.
    Lower heat and simmer until vegetables are cooked.
