Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. peeled, sliced zucchini
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Toss all ingredients together. Put into unbaked pastry shell. Do not add water as it will make its own juice.
Top with second crust.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
