Mini Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vanilla wafers
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can fruit topping, chilled
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Line cup cake pan with liners.
    Place vanilla wafer in each.
    Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar on medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs, mix well.
    Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Remove from pan. Cool on wire rack, chill thoroughly.
    Add topping.
    Enjoy!
