Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 c. flour
    6 large very ripe bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Sift all dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture, alternating with mashed bananas.
    Mix in nuts.
    Divide into 2 well-greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
