Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
3 medium mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts (small)
2 c. flour
pinch of salt
Preparation
-
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in 2 small bread pans. Makes flatter bread, one for now and one for later.
