Dirty Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork bulk sausage
    1/2 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
    1 c. rice
    1 1/2 cans consomme soup
Preparation
    Add water to sausage.
    Fry until tender, then add butter, onions and rice.
    Mix ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
