Zucchini A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. small zucchini squash
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. undiluted frozen orange concentrate
Preparation
    Wash squash; cut in 1/2-inch slices.
    Saute in butter, turning once, until barely tender.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add juice; stir gently and heat until hot.
    Garnish with orange rind, if desired.
    Makes 6 servings.
