Gail'S Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 medium size overripe bananas
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar with a hand mixer.
    Add eggs; mix well.
    Add orange juice and bananas; mix well.
    Mix in all dry ingredients until just moist.
    Pour into a greased loaf or 9 x 9-inch square or 8-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Check for doneness and bake longer or remove if knife comes out clean.
    Cool on wire rack for 1 hour and remove.
