Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw zucchini, grated and drained, leave skin on and remove seeds
    1 c. crushed pineapple (15 1/2 oz. can), drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into two greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
