Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
    1 3/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in mixer; cut in shortening.
    Mix egg, vinegar and water together.
    Add this to dry ingredients.
    Divide into 4 equal portions.
    Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use.
