Ingredients

1/2 c. raisins
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. margarine
Preparation

Soak raisins in hot water.
When plump, squeeze dry and use for decorating.
Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until light lemon colored.
