Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. chopped, cooked chicken (4 to 6 breasts)
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. whole seedless grapes
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (1/2 pt.) carton sour cream
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. herb salad dressing mix (dry)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onion
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix all but first 4 ingredients and almonds for the dressing. Add to the chopped chicken, celery, grapes, oranges and almonds. Toss lightly.
