Zucchini Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, grated
3 eggs, beaten
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. onion, chopped

Preparation

Mix together all ingredients.
Fry rounded tablespoons in hot oil.
