Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up, or 6 or 8 chicken breasts
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in baking dish, skin side up, in a single layer.
    In bowl, mix together the salad dressing, soup mix and preserves; pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven, basting occasionally, for about 1 hour, or until chicken is tender.
    Pour remaining sauce over chicken when serving.
