Pineapple-Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up or 8 thighs or 4 breast halves
    1 1/2 c. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Place chicken pieces side by side in a 9 x 9-inch baking pan. Mix barbecue sauce, brown sugar and pineapple together and pour over chicken.
    Bake, uncovered, for 2 hours at 350\u00b0, basting often.
    If it begins to brown, cover with aluminum foil.
