Sugar Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water (a little under 1/2 c.)
    small bit salt
    cinnamon or almond flavoring
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Boil sugar and water to spin thread (come off spoon in thread when you spin spoon).
    Add salt to mix and a little cinnamon or almond flavoring.
    Remove from heat and pour nuts into mixture. Stir until crystallized.
