Ingredients

2 large egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
1 c. chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Add vanilla.
Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time.
Beat until stiff.
Fold in nuts and chips.
Drop by teaspoon onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place in oven.
Turn off heat immediately. Do not open oven until completely cold.
Even leave overnight if possible.
