Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 frozen pkg. chopped broccoli
1/4 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. firm margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli.
Drain well.
Put broccoli into an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Beat soup and milk until smooth and pour over broccoli.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Beat Bisquick and margarine until crumbs and sprinkle over cheese. Bake until topping is light brown (20 minutes).
