Poultry Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    bread or croutons
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter until onions are pearly.
    Add spices to taste.
    Mix well.
    Add a few cups of water, depending on how large your bird is.
    Bring to full boil.
    Take off heat. Slowly add bread or croutons, stirring well, don't allow mixture to become dry.
    Cool.
    Stuff your bird.
